A
48 hour evaluation period
applies from the date
of arrival. If you are not completely happy with the
instrument, send it back in original condition within this period for a
refund
of the
purchase price
(less freight, insurance and a 4% restocking fee) or a
credit towards another instrument
(less freight and
insurance).
All
guitars in stock include a deluxe
Hiscox
hard-shell
flight case
in the
purchase price unless otherwise stated.

If
a suitable guitar is not in stock at this time you may wish to
order a guitar to be
built.
We
require a holding deposit
of 10% when an order is made. A
further 40% is due when the instrument is started with the balance
due on completion.
Acceptable
methods of payment are wire transfer, bank check or money order.
Exclusive
agency agreements exist for some models in some countries.
